Can I break my lease for a job transfer?
Yes, you can break your lease for job transfers more than 50 miles, military service, and hospice care, and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
How do I break my lease to buy a house?
You can break your lease to buy a house at any point in your residency. Just use one of our preferred real estate agents and you won't need to pay us a lease-break fee.
Do you offer a security deposit alternative?
Yes, you have the option to pay a one-time fee as low as $299 in place of a security deposit if approved.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
You can try out your apartment for 30 days and if we haven't delivered full satisfaction, you are free to give us 30 days' notice in that period and you won't need to pay a lease-break fee.
What happens if I eventually need a different size apartment?
You can transfer to another size apartment, or another Berger community, and restart your lease at any point in your residency without paying a transfer fee.
What happens if I have an urgent service request outside of office hours?
Audubon Pointe offers 24/7 phone support and 24-hour emergency maintenance. You will always have someone available to take your call for service requests to your apartment.
Do you offer furniture discounts?
Yes, you can rent or purchase furniture through our partnership with Cort.
Are these apartments pet friendly?
We are a cat and dog-friendly community. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment with no weight limit. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet. The monthly pet rent is $40 per pet. Breed restrictions apply. All pets must be up-to-date on all vaccines, and be spayed or neutered. Please call for complete pet policy information.
